Add support for user-defined color themes. Those could be loaded from a text file.

This would be so lovely, the colors of the original are a bit painful at times.. I was looking into how the colors are defined in the source code and started working on some themes a while back, but the ability to switch them at will would be much appreciated. If this does happen, I'll happily produce a collection of nicely-tuned themes for it.

I did recently patch the code for drawing the NT logo to be able to recolor it at runtime (and save ~1.5-2KB of RAM in the process). I'd like to work on theming support, too.

Might be worth looking into how Fast Tracker 2 handles themes. A lot of trackers tend to put a few FT2 themes in there as a sort of nod to the tracker culture (seeing as NT is .xm based ;))
