Readme: hardware requirements

It would be helpful to know the hardware requirements for ZZT. RAM, CPU, graphics and sound cards.

As per Tim's README.DOC:

SPECIFICATIONS:

     ZZT requires a PC compatible computer with at least 512k RAM and any
graphics adapter with a color or monochrome screen.  Keyboard,  Joystick and
Mouse operation are fully supported.

I'm not sure if this is necessary for a source code repository, myself; but to answer:

• CPU: Any PC-compatible (even an 8086 will do)
• Graphics adapter: Any
• RAM: 512K or more (it will only use conventional memory anyhow, though)
• Sound card: None (just uses the PC Speaker)
