This is an unfortunate bluetooth-related issue that is plaguing some users, but 
I'm unable to reproduce :( Still trying...

If it helps, I know the device is paired and when something happens on my phone 
that requires a notification, the Bluetooth becomes active on both my macbook 
and the incredible. Also this problem happens if WiFi is not actively 
connected. With it always on I get notifications, but with selective on for 
messages only, I again get nothing. Hope that helps, thanks
