Support reading the client_secrets.json in the core library #208

Now that entering ClientCredentials directly into the source code has become 
obsolete, the BuildRelease tool should build the Samples project and put all 
Binaries in one folder so that Sample-executables can directly be linked to 
from the wiki, and easily executed by the user.

Remove Client Credentials class from the samples.
We should read the client_secrets.json file
