Version 2.3 should be available from google code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to Nuget Gallery (http://nuget.org/List/Packages/NBuilder)
2. Note version 2.3 is the latest build
3. Navigate to http://code.google.com/p/nbuilder/downloads/list
4. Note that Version 2.3 is not available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Version 2.3 should be available on google code as well as the nuget gallery.

Hi - they're actually identical. They just have different version numbers. It 
was just a technicality when it was submitted to NuGet. I don't remember the 
exact reason but be assured that they're the same thing.

I will keep this open as it does need to be sorted out properly though.

I'm pretty sure they're not identical. The reason being because version 2.2 
doesn't seem to handle populating nullable types correctly. Some google 
searches brought me to issue 38 where it seems the patch only made in after the 
2.2 release.

On a whim I checked Nuget and noticed the version numbers were different. Using 
the binary from Nuget fixed my problem.
