Better requestor support #13

Currently, if a request uses "@me", the xoauth_requestor_id will be set to
"@me" unless explicitly overridden.  In this case, throw an exception
before sending the request.

With the commit of the brand new client library, I am closing all issues
pertaining to the old client code.
