Nah, i got it what you meant. This bot requests tolinay.com website to get likes or followers. You can do the same process manually. When you fill out your username on website, you'll get followers but you will lose your new followers again. It's about webpage side and idk who manages the website.

I had discovered the website make earns followers before and automatized manual processes.
