feature request: getFavoriteStatuses #96

There's an api call for getting favorited statuses
(http://apiwiki.twitter.com/Twitter-REST-API-Method%3A-favorites), but I
don't see a method for that in python-twitter.  If it doesn't exist I can
implement it if that's a feature you want.
