Updated source detail page layout

• Added first detection JS9 at the top of the page.
• Extended the external results row count.
• Swap position of JS9 and aladin on measurement detail page to match.

@marxide here are the minor source detail page changes I made (I forgot to actually push them).

• I left the toolbar purposely off the first detection JS9 image, do you agree?
• For ease it's linked to the controls of the postage stamp section, I didn't think it worth to have to rewrite that whole section to not associate it, I essentially cheated by just adding an extra stamp for it to fetch.
• I thought the top row could probably decrease in height a bit but I couldn't seem to make everything decrease.
• I have swapped the measurement detail Aladin and JS9
  • On this it seems to misalign the row when I navigate to the page from the source page. But if I then refresh the JS9 and Aladin then line up. Not sure what's going on there or if it's something my end.

Yes.

I don't think it's happening to me, the card elements seem to align on first load.
