Restore run removing all forced measurements from associations #599

The restore run command has a bug which is causing all forced measurements to be removed from the associations.

All the source numbers and metrics are correct and the measurements aren't completely removed - they are still in the DB but just no longer associated to the correct source.

E.g. restoring the run below, which removes the last two images, makes the source measurements go from this:
