Remove excessive measurement tables #636

Removed measurement list page from website.
Removed measurements table from run detail page.
Updated docs to reflect important changes.

Note: I only changed the screenshots of the important parts that referred to the navbar. To avoid excessive work I suggest screenshots are updated when changes alter the intended helpfulness/meaning of the screenshot.

Is that policy ok?

Fixes #628.
