Cloudstor source for regression tests dataset returning 403

Need to either fix or find alternative place to host the data.

Says forbidden rather than folder doesn't exist.

I'm pretty sure I created the test dataset so I might be able to dig it up if required.

WARNING: regression test data is ~600MB ...

@ddobie I was going to ask if this link be dropped in, but it might be best to avoid Dropbox as they put limits on the downloads I think. Can a cloudstor or Nimbus solution be done, to replace the previous download location?

Can't seem to get an actual download link. I suspect it might be a settings/permissions issue on Tara's end, so I've asked her to investigate.
