With the coming integration of the completed functionality modules, it's important to not only document technical usage, but scientific function as well. This would be well suited for either a new section in the current wiki for this project, or a new wiki.

[ ] Generating MOCs
[ ] Corrections
[ ] Validation Estimations

Let's keep this close to the code by putting it in module docstrings.
