Logging only displayed if debug is selected #91

By default INFO logging should be displayed. Currently no logging is displayed by default, and is only displayed if --debug is passed.

Turns out this is actually fine as-is. The default setting is to only display WARNING level logging and above. INFO level logging can be displayed by passing --verbose to the CLI.
