Refactor the add_obs_date testing #299

Fixed add_obs_date tiles support.
Added fixtures for fits and fields_info.
Test for both tiles and combined.

I just thought, I think this is intended as a generic function or not? So you may need to change my checking of the combined or tiles, I forgot that it could be used outside of the vast data release.
