Fix upper limit arrow size to be dependent on total y-axis limit #572

For sources with single bright detections, the length of the upper limit arrow becomes so small that it's illegible, e.g. image

The upper limit arrow should therefore be calculated based on the y-axis limit range rather than the RMS.
