@bikramkharal can you also add some description for the listed vulnerabilities? Also, we have removed vulnerabilities list file from the repo & decided to update it directly on readme.md. You need to make changes on readme.md file removing vulnerabilities list from the fork. Once you make these changes, we can merge.
