Looks good, I think I'll just fix that postgres naming thing I mentioned.

Perhaps an appendix on virtualenv, and also reference appendix in the deploy section?

That works. I guess I'm thinking I don't want to alter the flow of the book too much right now and have new info in appendixes.

Once we have good info in the appendix, we can figure out if inlining it into the book would make sense, depending on what chapter you are at. One of my concerns is dishing out too much information too early in the book.
