Updated documentation needed for TopMod end users #1

We need to create updated documentation for end users of TopMod. I get
several emails on this topic regularly (see Wiki page)

This is pretty much as good as it's going to get, because I don't have time to 
do
anymore documentation, as it was part of my thesis work.

The video tutorials (and i will make more soon), are the best place to go for 
help on
how to use TopMod.
