Release stable tarballs #583

As you know, Fedora asks for some improvements to release Chromium. One of them
is asking for official tarballs for components.

As many of external projects (like Firefox) use breakpad, it would be great you
release official tarballs to maintain google-breakpad in distributions.

I'm working on maitaining breakpad on openSUSE and using svn tags is not really
powerful.

Just for what it's worth, I've never had a problem using SVN drops for Firefox
usage. I can't see us moving to a model where we're producing stable releases
in any event, so I don't see it buying much. I would like to have some
continuous integration so we know the build isn't broken, and I think that's in
the works.

Which distro ? It's just easier to use realeased tarballs. I can play with svn
but it's better using releases.
