Error with papertrader and tradebot #2868

Action taken (what you did) I tried to run a paper trader and a traderbot. Tried several strategies.

Expected result (what you hoped would happen) Bot bot running and executing trades

Actual result (unexpected outcome) The UI says the bot is running. But he makes no trades. Configured my API, and created a simples bot that simply goes long then short, just to test. I also put a console.log in his code, to see if he is running the check function. Even though the UI says it is running, it does not any trades, nor shoes the message in the console. Tried with Bitfinex and Poloniex API keys for traderbots. Paper trader doesnt need API keys.

Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stacktraces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for us to have context, eg. stackoverflow, etc)

Rebooted my VM and everything started to work.
