Update dependencies for Kraken import

I had to add/update these packages to be able to run a Kraken import:

kraken-api was not included
lodash v2 doesn't have .includes(), lodash v4 doesn't have .contains(), so v3 is the only option
What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

I am unfortunately not maintaining this project anymore. I'm marking the whole repo as read only.
