List of tumor types to import into GDAC

This is the current list of tumor types that are being imported into the GDAC 
portal.  This list should be updated to reflect latest firehose export.

brca : Breast invasive carcinoma
coadread : Colon and Rectum adenocarcinoma
gbm : Glioblastoma multiforme
hnsc : Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma
kirc : Kidney renal clear cell carcinoma
kirp : Kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma
laml : Acute Myeloid Leukemia
luad : Lung adenocarcinoma
lusc : Lung squamous cell carcinoma
ov : Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma
stad : Stomach adenocarcinoma
thca : Thyroid Carcinoma
ucec : Uterine Corpus Endometrioid Carcinoma

prad : Prostate adenocarcinoma
blca : Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma
cesc : Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma
lgg: Brain Lower Grade Glioma
lihc : Liver hepatocellular carcinoma
paad : Pancreatic adenocarcinoma

I just noticed that paad and prad do not have GISTIC results yet (not enough 
samples) - so lets not include them, but still add these 4 new ones:

blca : Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma
cesc : Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma
lgg: Brain Lower Grade Glioma
lihc : Liver hepatocellular carcinoma
