Attend event #5

First version I imagine attending without logging in.

So something like an attend button and then a text field where you put your name.

Unattending will come after.

The version of attending that I describe here is really just for indicating to the host and potential attendees that you are going. Stuff like notifications for updated info will be in another issue.
