All invited people can invite others #72

From what I could see when testing, any invited person could invite others. It would be great to have this default off, with an option to enable.

This is on my list of stuff to add when I make more customisability for events. The reason I started with default on, is that anyone you invite could just send the link to someone else to invite them.

When I make more settings for controlling your events I'll also make it possible to only display an event page to someone who is invited.
