As mentioned in the title, I wanted to align the text "Appearances" to center to make the UI look good as shown in the screenshot below.

Please assign this issue to me and allow me to contribute to your project and begin my open-source contribution journey.

Please add labels GSSOC'24 and hacktoberfest.
