Source Sans Pro 400 Weight is delivering 700 weight

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include Source Sans Pro 
2. Define a font-weight of 400
3. Voila!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the normal version, but I see the bold version.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is happening on OS X Mountain Lion (Firefox, Chrome), Windows XP (IE 7 & 
8), iOS (mobile Safari) that I know of.  

Please provide any additional information below.
We have two project that were previously working fine, but last Friday they 
started displaying the font incorrectly.  I tried using the 300 weight in my 
CSS and it works fine, but not the 400.

Try uninstalling the font from your computer and let me know if the problem 
persists :)
