What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.check out http://www.google.com/fonts#UsePlace:use/Collection:Open+Sans

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There isn't a normal 300 weight Book, both are italic

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I expect you have the font installed in your computer, and the browser is 
getting confused about that. Please see the attached image; the fonts render 
correctly for me.
