extra top padding in "Josefin Sans" font when rendered in Chrome #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use this font on any element and apply a border to be able to see the extra 
space

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-No extra space expected above or below the font as is rendered in other 
browsers but an extra space is added above it only in chrome on windows.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-using windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
-Chrome on Mac renders it fine.
