Neuton font lacks colon #215

Installed Neuton and using in MS Word. No colon character displays via the 
keyboard or by inserting colon as a symbol.

In book/300 weight the colon is incorrectly displayed as a single 'middle' dot.

Error with ttf itself on the Light (300) weight.

That sounds good  - we were putting together an issue to darken the font anyway
