Spray menu, useless default setting fro Multi mode #425

In the Spray (airbrush) menu, the "Init" setting determines what weight will be 
given to a color when you left-click it for the first time. The default value 
is zero, and zero has no effect (it doesn't even remove the color; you have to 
right-click to remove a color.)
A default value of 1 would be much more useful, and the minimum value should be 
1 anyway.
