Layer preview crash if preview is higher than screen size #474

If you have an image with a low width and big height, the preview area will 
extend out of the screen at the top. We get a crash.

Noticed by DawnBringer in the commit comments section.

Fairly easy to debug, but I had to wipe out my MinGW install on Windows so I 
can't build GrafX2 for now...

Any preference about how high the preview should be (as a maximum) ?

Fixed in r1925 and similar problems in r1927.
