Re-implement latex-online service (fixes #24) #25

The new implementation:

caches in file system, not in memcached (yay!)
does better analytics job (though server-side analytics is still needed)
has live-updating compilation log (though it's not accessible by service api for now)
doesn't rely on bash for trivial operations
dropped jade as a rendering engine - so far HTML serves our needs just good enough

Also, the code now feels reasonable and looks prettier (to me, of course).
