Various changes.

Spec and README have updated module desc, updated verifier and tests to take (global, foreign, buffer)
A few other minor changes.

Been doing some major overhauls lately, sorry for the broken state of the validator and README earlier. It's getting closer now…

Thanks Dave! Should the validator be useful now? I'd really like to start testing out some generator code, and it'd be nice to have something to test it against.
