Test-Data missing #199

As far as I understand there should be some test data within the repository to be able to run all tests.

I could run some tests, but not all, due to missing files. Did I do something wrong or do these files miss? There should be a folder called "libE57Format-test-data" when I'm correct.

It's in a separate repo to avoid having a bunch of binary data in this one.

See the README in the test directory for details.
