Unittest + hypothesis (with pydantic). Some tests are already in place as examples.

1) Unit tests :

[X] errors
[X] order
[ ] ticker
...
TODO : add here each module we use (or remove it from the repo YAGNI)
desk unit tests (mocked exchange/ccxt ?)

2) Integration tests :

[ ] desk test public data (ensure we do not hammer the exchange)
[ ] setup private data tests (needs explicit command line option to run - we dont want to automate it) + test desk private data.
