provide an option to output the overlapping regions/sets #4

The current version of interven doesn't have the option to output the overlapping regions. We are working to release an updated version soon, which will have this option.

P.S. Many users asked to provide this feature.

This option is now available in version v0.6.1. You can set --save-overlaps option to save the overlapping regions/lists
