upsetr script not plotting #48

Hi,

I was using the intervene UpSetR module to graph the intersect between bed files but the produced R script does not seem to plot. I get the following message when I try to plot: geom_path: Each group consists of only one observation. Do you need to adjust the group aesthetic? Any help resolving this problem would be appreciated!
