Support *.bedpe format #54

Hi, intervene is a very nice tool. I have used this tool before for comparing a list of .bed file. And I wonder that maybe you can also add the file with .bedpe format. and it also only uses bedtools. if done, I think intervene will attract more and more people for its convenient. Lu Zhang
