--save-overlaps is not working #55

Hi, this argument is not working for me. I saw there was a solved issue in the past, but it is not a typing error for me. I tried wwith bot venn and upset. Here it goes: $ intervene upset --save-overlaps usage: intervene [options] intervene: error: unrecognized arguments: --save-overlaps

Also, I do not see this option in the help.

downloaded the last version and now it works
