Side by side Terminal.app overlaps slightly when dock on left #45

This is a minor issue I've noticed with Terminal.app where it shifts correctly 
if the Dock is at the bottom, but not if it's at the left.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move Dock to left side of screen
2. Open two Terminal.app windows
3. Shift one Left, and one Right
4. Switch to the rightmost one and it overlaps the scroll bar slightly. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Windows should be fully side-by-side like when the Dock is at the bottom of the 
screen.

What version of the product are you using?

1.2

On what operating system( 10.5
or 10.6)?

10.6.4 using 1680x1050 resolution.

Are you using a dual monitor?

No
