Bring back inline links for persName and placeName

The placeNames and personNames in the edition and translation divisions are not appearing, probably because the EIAD-PYU ODD that we're using doesn't use <placeName> and <persName> in these contexts.

• Add a customization to sai-customizations.odd for placeName and persName in this context (should be able to select them with predicate=ancestor::div[@type='edition'] or something similar)
• Check Emmanuelle's functions (ext-html.xql) for a suitable behavior that will convert the text of the name to a link that points at a URL derived from the @key value (as in the old system).

9e74a2e812fa4a21987f4d0b04ea3d2fe6437415 brings back persName through a specification in the ODD and links them to /inscription/IDNO, which is now working more or less as it was before (although the shift to view.html remains to be done)

place names will require a bit more work, since there is not already a template for places.
