Updates for places.html. Adds requested facets and a toggle for places within places.

This looks great. #51 (concerning place.html) is related.

I notice that when the "Places where inscriptions are found" filter is selected (http://localhost:8080/exist/apps/SAI/places.html?fq=;fq-Type:iFound), some of the hits include places that are mentioned in inscriptions, but where no inscriptions are actually found (in my data anyway). For example Bharukaccha, Cakora, Kalyāṇa.

Interesting. I think I see what the problem is. I am making a new issue and will post the fix on a new branch .
