I know, it works even better on xperia play, thus making regular Mame4droid 
obsolete on xperia play!

I wouldn't say obsolete - there's lots of games which run full speed in regular 
MAME4droid which don't in the new version. There's place for both.

Is it OK for make the 0.139 version APP that don't overwrite 0.134 version
APP?

I want to keep the 0.134 romset and add the CPS3 rom to 0.139 folder only..
May be your can change the 'reload' be 'new reload' :)
