Feature Request: global OnSave() function for all entities #179

it would be great to have an onSave() / maybe also onLoad() function that will 
be called for all entities. e.g. to do JSR303 validation or the like.

As Jeff proposed, an onSave() (and onLoad()) callback on the ObjectifyFactory 
sounds like a good solution.
