Move config dir to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/qwit to meet XDG standards #138

To make your $HOME clean, and easy for user to config all apps.

$XDG_CONFIG_HOME is ~/.config by default.

and if possible, save cache files to $XDG_CACHE_HOME(~/.cache) and data 
files to $XDG_DATA_HOME
