Notification dialog appears for old replies on each start #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Qwit for a while so that it has built up a lot of replies (not just
tweets, but @replies)
2. Start Qwit and wait for notification bubbles to appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: If there are no new @replies then no bubble appears for it.
Actual: Oldest couple of @replies on Replies tab (oldest two for me at the
moment, but sometimes more) appear in a notification, even if they're days old
and even though there are lots newer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r323, built from source on the openSUSE Build Service
(https://build.opensuse.org/project/packages?project=home:IBBoard:desktop)

Please provide any additional information below.

I currently have @replies that are 1, 2, 7, 9, etc days old. Notified ones at
start are 19 and 20 days old. Showing 20 messages per page and 10 messages per
popup.

I think, it was fixed in later revisions. Could you check please?

Is everything in Trunk now? I planned to update my build a while ago, but
wasn't sure which was more "up-to-date" between the trunk and Prakash's branch.
