Mousewheel scrolling does not work #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Qwit main window and find a tab with a scrollbar (e.g. search)
2. Try the mousewheel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to scroll regardless of the cursor position, as long as it is 
inside the scrollable area. But it does only scroll when the cursor is over an 
image or over a click-able text or icon (however, it does not work over a link 
in the tweet).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using r351 (compiled from source) with qt 4.6.3 (from the Debian unstable 
repository) on KDE 4.4.5 / X.Org 7.5 with Linux.
