Provide win32 binaries for latest version (1.1) #162

Please, provide win32 binaries for the latest version.

I use qwit both at home (Linux) and at work (Windows). Unfortunately, as you 
may know, since 30-09-2010 in order to authenticate to Twitter one is required 
to use OAuth. I saw that you have already added support for that on the latest 
version and that you are providing binaries for Linux (which I updated at home).

I wanted to ask you if you could provide the win32 binaries, as compiling here 
are work is not a possibility and at home I have no windows' install whatsoever.

I'll try to do something, but QOAuth is not maintaned on Windows anymore...
