win32 version crashed when trying to use oauth #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a user
2. check the oauth
3. push the authorize button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
opening the web page
micorosft visual c++ runtime error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
qwit-1.1-pre2-win32-portable.xp,sp3.

Same issue with Windows 7 x64

Confirming the issue still exists in Windows 7 x86_64 and 
qwit-1.1-pre2-win32-portable.
